• Media has uploaded, can be accessed by other Application users as part of information transparency.

• To prevent uploads containing elements of ethnicity, religion, race, inter-group relations (SARA), pornography, or intellectual property violations.

Mobile device data informations (such as Ip Address, Device ID, software version, model and manufacturer)

• To submit a request for account deletion (if you have registered as an Application user).

Direktorat Layanan Infrastruktur Digital DJID Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital Republik Indonesia in collaboration with second parties, complies with security requirements for uploads in official application stores, specifically Google Play Console, by ensuring the following:

· Providing references to entities as the app owner, developer, or company listed in the Google Play Store and within the app.

· Including clear labels and information as part of the privacy policy.

· Providing contact information or mechanisms for submitting inquiries.

· Ensuring information is accessible via standard browsers without plugins and not in document form (PDF).

· Preventing changes without the application developer's permission.

· Ensuring a comprehensive data disclosure process under Google Play Console approval as required by applicable data protection and privacy laws.

Updating Our Policy

may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in accordance with D’Spektrum's policies. Therefore, we recommend checking back periodically to stay informed of any changes. As long as you continue to use the Service, you are bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.
